Amanda has held a number of different strategy, innovation, proposition, and marketing roles at Refinitiv, Thomson Reuters and Reuters Group. She is passionate about the customer, a strategic thinker, driven by results, and has deep appreciation of the Refinitiv business.
As Global Head of Transformation (working for David Craig and the ELT), she managed a portfolio of over 20 major change programs and ran the ‘Office of the President.’
While Global Head of Marketing Operations, she developed and executed Refinitiv’s first truly digital marketing strategies informed by deep customer insights and analytics driven by behavioural data that drove both sales and retention.
A prior innovation role involved working for the Reuters CEO Tom Glocer, managing a small fund that invested in transformational business opportunities and acquired one of Refinitiv’s first AI capabilities.
Prior to this Amands, worked in a variety of product management roles across the business and in the majority of Refinitiv’s asset classes.
Amanda is based in London, holds a degree in Geography from Leeds University and has two children. She has held a number of Non-Exec Board member and advisory roles, and is a mentor at various FinTech accelerators.
